We suggest most people come to see us every six months for cleanings. This advice is customised depending on your current dental health and it is possible some people will need to see us less frequently or more often. Maintaining a Good Daily Oral Hygiene Routine

We can show you how to improve your brushing and flossing by using visual aids. This can help tremendously, particularly when it comes to flossing as we know many people find this task rather awkward.
